Child Policy :
Child under 4 years of age sharing room with parents is free of charge. Child between 4-12 years of age is 50% of extra bed rate when sharing existing bedding with parents. Baby cot not request is free of charge (depending on availability)
Cancellation:
Inform 30 days prior of the arrival date on Peak Season, 15 days on High & Low season. Would not be any charge. One night will be charge, if inform shorter than the mention period.
No show :
One night will be charged.
Early Departure:
One night will be charged.
Late Arrival :
Unused night from the total amount of room night reserved will be charged.
Services :
Free of charge, We offer luggage transfer services from the main pier to hotel. Pease advice that your arrival time we are easy to pick up from the pier.
